Martin is CEO of HCIG, the investment office of the Hochschild Group, a conglomerate industry with more than 100 years of history based in Lima, Peru, and Managing Director for the Investment Fund dedicated exclusively to initiatives in the education sector.
Prior to that, Martín served as CEO of Takay, the first intrapreneurship of
Cementos Pacasmayo, one of the flagship companies of the Group, which emerged as a spin-off of a project in the area of innovation. Martín has worked for more than 17 years for the Hochschild Group in different managerial positions, such as Central Manager of Innovation, Administration and Finance Manager, and Commercial Manager, all of them in Pacasmayo cements. Martín is a Business Administrator at the UPC and has a MBA from Stanford University. Martín is married to Alejandra and they have three children, are passionate about travel (especially adventure), and enjoy swimming and cycling a lot cross country.
